Hosted by: Equine Affaire

Description:  America's leading horse expo, Equine Affaire, joins us once a month to highlight the amazing clinicians and speakers that appear at Equine Affaire.  Join us for training tips, amazing guests and a whole lot of fun!

Host:

Allison Rehnborg has been obsessed with writing and horses for as long as she can remember, so it only makes sense that she figured out a way to combine the two into a career. Allison started writing professionally about horses in college, then worked as a publications intern for the American Quarter Horse Association as part of her capstone project for her master’s degree in horse science. Today, she is the marketing coordinator for Equine Affaire. When she’s not co-hosting the official Equine Affaire podcast with Glenn, she’s managing the company’s social media, writing and proofing copy, coordinating advertising, producing promotional video, and more. Allison is also a photographer, videographer, and award-winning freelance equine journalist.

In today’s show, we will chat with John Strayer, who is a long time employee of Equine Affaire and who came up with the whole idea, and then we’ll chat with one of our clinicians and learn all about breakaway roping. Let’s get a little Western.
